You will receive your Future Cruise Credit (FCC) within 60 days but if you rebook with us, we can assist you in applying your FCC as soon as you've rebooked your cruise and secured your deposit. Please keep in mind that even if you did not originally book with one of our travel agents, we can still use your future cruise credit to help you book your next cruise!
Once processed, the cruise line will attach your FCC to your cruise line loyalty account. If you do not have a cruise line loyalty account or have not yet registered with the cruise line, your FCC will be emailed to you on the email address provided when you originally booked your cruise. In addition, if you booked with a travel agent they should also have a copy of your FCC on file.
